TheWall Street Journalhaspremiered a new acoustic video from William Fitzsimmons for the track “Sister” from his upcoming album, Lions, which will be released on February 18th via Nettwerk.
When asked why he kept the video acoustic, Fitzsimmons said, “It’s a personal challenge to see if the songs are good enough to stand on their own, because there’s nothing else besides my hairy face and a little parlor guitar.” Check out the full interview here.
Los Angeles songstress Lily Kershaw has announced headline tour dates that will bring her to many cities around the country for the first time in support of her critically acclaimed debut album Midnight In The Garden. Lily, who performed at the ASCAP Café at Sundance last weekend, will join Mason Jennings as support at the end of January for three shows around Texas. She’ll then head back to Los Angeles to launch her “In The Beginning…Tour” on February 1 at The Mint, followed by dates across the Midwest and East Coast. She’ll finish this run with her SXSW debut in March (all dates are below).
