Andreas Levander is a songwriter/producer that covers vast musical grounds.
The native Swede entered the magical world of music through picking up the bass guitar at age 16.
Following studies at Music Academies in Malmö and Gothenburg, he became a sought after musician, touring and recording with many of Sweden's finest.
In the fall of 2000, the desire to pursue writing/producing led to Stockholm and joining with Cosmos Music Group. Stockholm, at the time a newly established hotbed of music, attracted talent from across the globe. This led to a vast array of collaborations in multiple genres, rendering platinum sales with J-pop stars Yuki and Crystal Kay as well as "Barbaric Game,” the title track of mandarin superstar Jolin Tsai's album J-Game, which sold over 1,000,000 copies. The song became a huge hit across Asia and was nominated for Top 10 Gold Songs at the Hong Kong TVB8 Awards.
Joining Nettwerk in 2010, following a growing collaboration with fellow writer/producer Fredro, has meant further expanding the musical horizon and led to working with many luminaries in the industry. Recent work includes releases with: Guy Sebastian, Mya, Marvin Priest, East West Boys, Gin Wigmore, Jessica Mauboy and Meisa Kuroki.
