Responsible for: Assistance, organization and follow through of all day-to-day tasks for the CEO and President.

Main Duties

Gate keeper to the CEO’s and President’s office
Manage/screen phone calls both incoming and outgoing
Arrange all travel and accommodation for Executive’s
Preparing itineraries and travel packages
Maintain contact list
Schedule and coordinate meetings/conference calls
Reconciling expense reports/credit cards
Responding to various CEO and Executive requests
Assist with scheduling & misc.

Responsible for: Strategic online management and strategy of artist web proprieties, email marketing / D2C communication and online advertising.

Position Summary

In this role, you will be asked to oversee broad-based marketing efforts that focus on email marketing, social engagement and online advertising as it pertains to long-term strategies that will further Nettwerk’s brand awareness and properties. In addition you will be asked to play the medium between artist and fan online communication.

Nettwerk Music Group's New York City office is seeking enthusiastic interns who wish to gain experience in artist management, publicity, internet marketing, production and sync licensing. Internet research skills, knowledge of magazines and social networks, a determination to learn the music business and a love of music are all required. Graphic design skills are a plus.
