RED DECIBEL PRODUCTIONS is the songwriting/production team of Andy Dodd and Adam Watts. Since coming together 10 years ago, the songs and productions of Andy & Adam have been featured on albums that have sold over 40 million copies worldwide. Their diverse list of credits includes: Kelly Clarkson, Switchfoot, Jesse McCartney, Jeremy Camp, High School Musical, Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, Aly & AJ, The Cheetah Girls, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and The Ballas Hough Band.
In 2006, Adam and Andy received an ASCAP Pop Award for their song, "Beautiful Soul" (Jesse McCartney) in recognition for it's status as one of the top songs of the year. A huge international hit on radio, “Beautiful Soul” reached the top 5 on Billboard’s Top 40 Mainstream chart, as well as spending 50 days in the top 10 on MTV’s TRL. "Beautiful Soul" has appeared on multiple certified Gold records, in addition to being the title track of Jesse McCartney's multi-platinum debut.
Also in 2006, Adam and Andy received an ASCAP Christian Music Award, for the song “What If” which they produced and co-wrote with Jadon Lavik. Other credits include producing three GOLD albums, including nine #1 hits, for Christian music mega-star, Jeremy Camp. Adam co-wrote (with Jeremy Camp) the single “Let It Fade” (from his album “Beyond Measure”) which also became a #1 hit on Christian CHR radio.
In addition to his behind the scenes work, Watts is a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter.  The Adam Watts Band is finishing up their debut album for a fall 2009 release. Their single "Poison Soul" hits alt/rock radio this summer.
Andy & Adam were honored at gthe 2009 ASCAP Film and TV Awards for their work on the enormously successful films, High School Musical 3 and Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert in Digital 3D.
